Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Aligned Wealth website and any product, programme, studio, resource, or service you purchase from us. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping access details secure, and ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable law.
Purchases and access
Prices, currency, payment frequency, access period, and the contents of an offer are shown on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full unless another arrangement is expressly offered. Access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Founding offers
Founding prices and stated seat limits apply only while the relevant founding allocation remains available. Lifetime access means access for the commercial life of that product or environment in its current or reasonably equivalent form; it does not mean the lifetime of any individual.
Refunds
Any refund or cancellation right stated on the relevant offer page forms part of these terms. Where no additional policy is stated, your statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Digital access may begin promptly after purchase, which can affect cancellation rights where the law permits and you have agreed to immediate delivery.
Intellectual property
All website content, frameworks, prompts, audio, writing, designs, product materials, and delivery systems remain the intellectual property of Aligned Wealth or their respective licensors. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the material for your own purposes. It does not grant the right to reproduce, teach, publish, licence, or commercially distribute it.
